The Thule Rail Pro 12L hydration backpack has a 2.5L hydration reservoir for day-long rides and is specifically designed for enduro-racers who push themselves to the limit. Stay hydrated without slowing down using the hands-free Retract magnetic hose return system. User-friendly 2.5L Hydra Pak reservoir features a slide closure for easy cleaning and a locking bite valve to prevent leaks before and after your ride. Protect your central back and spine from impact or injury with removable, lightweight Koroyd CE certified Level 1 back protector.

Superior stability for aggressive downhill riding and jumping with a secure fit. Improve bike handling and reduce muscle strain with optimal weight distribution thanks to the low centre of gravity.

Quickly store and retrieve pads, helmet or chin bar with easy-access lash points. Easily access nutrition, clothing or tools without having to remove the pack thanks to lower-back jersey pockets.

Shipping Information

Processing & Shipping: Most orders ship within 2-4 business days (weekdays only), with possible delays during high volume periods.

Free Delivery Threshold: Shipping is free to mainland UK on orders over £60, otherwise £2.99. Certain UK locations may incur extra charges based on size and weight.

Island and Highlands Shipping: for orders below £60 it's 5.99, above £60 is £7.99. With the exception of Northern Island which is a flat rate of £9.99.

Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX, and DHL depending on order value, location, and size. Most orders ship on a 24-hour service; others may use a 48-hour service.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Process: Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the purchase price and our standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend a tracked and adequately insured service, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
