Shipping Information
Processing & Shipping: Most orders ship within 2-4 business days (weekdays only), with possible delays during high volume periods.
Free Delivery Threshold: Shipping is free to mainland UK on orders over £60, otherwise £2.99. Certain UK locations may incur extra charges based on size and weight.
Island and Highlands Shipping: for orders below £60 it's 5.99, above £60 is £7.99. With the exception of Northern Island which is a flat rate of £9.99.
Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX, and DHL depending on order value, location, and size. Most orders ship on a 24-hour service; others may use a 48-hour service.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

60-Day Return Window: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
